How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take between four and ten weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on the complexity of the site and how quickly content and feedback is provided. We’ll agree a clear timeline at the start and keep you updated throughout.
Do you offer support after the site goes live?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and support packages for clients who want peace of mind after launch. At minimum, all clients receive a handover and training session so they can manage day-to-day updates themselves.
What platform do you build on?
We build on WordPress using Elementor Pro. It’s flexible, widely supported and gives you a fully custom design without locking you into a proprietary platform. You’ll be able to find help, plugins and developers for WordPress anywhere.
Will my new site be mobile-friendly?
Yes — mobile-first is how we design as standard. Your site will look and function correctly on all devices, and we test thoroughly across screen sizes before launch.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes, and we actively encourage it. We provide training at handover so you can publish blog posts, update content and make basic changes confidently. If you’d rather we handle updates for you, we offer support retainers for that too.
Can you build an eCommerce site?
Yes. We build eCommerce sites using WooCommerce on WordPress. Whether you’re selling physical products, digital downloads or services, we can build a solution that works for your business.
