Challenge
After closely examining their existing website, we established a number of points that needed our immediate attention:
- Poor navigation, with a confusing menu and no internal linking.
- Clunky responsiveness, displaying badly across different devices.
- Inconsistent formatting and styling.
To ensure the Synergy team understood every aspect of their new web build, we also ran a training session with those that would need to be able to update the website on an ongoing basis.
This allowed the client to acquire our help further down the line for any drastic changes or additions, while making small tweaks themselves.
Our strategy
We worked closely with their team to ensure our design matched their industry, business needs and existing content. We built a simple, yet effective team page and showcased their expertise across simplistic web design.
After a close discussion with Synergy, we implemented a timeline feature to demonstrate their abundance of awards and successes, with an easy-to-follow format for future updates.
