About the client

A private aviation startup with a unique model

Instajet set out to do something genuinely disruptive in the world of private aviation — simplify it. Their goal was to create a transparent, app-based platform that offered instant, fixed-price private jet reservations without the membership fees, long-term commitments or complexity that had traditionally made private air travel inaccessible to a wider audience.

Their model was built around a “one flight at a time” approach, mirroring the operating methods of low-cost airlines. Most private jet passengers know exactly when they want to fly — so Instajet’s slot-specific booking process allowed them to perform significantly more revenue flights per day while passing genuine cost savings on to customers who weren’t paying for aircraft downtime.

The idea was compelling. The challenge was getting the message out to the right audience — specifically, business travellers in America who were ready to consider private aviation but had been put off by the traditional industry’s opacity and complexity.

Breaking into a competitive U.S market from scratch

Instajet were on a mission to redefine private aviation with a new rent-a-jet model — but entering the U.S private jet charter market as a new player, targeting an audience thousands of miles away, with an entirely new approach to how private aviation worked, was a significant challenge.

Their existing website wasn't doing the job. It didn't communicate the platform's unique advantages clearly, wasn't optimised for the American search terms their target audience was using, and lacked the location-specific content needed to compete in a market where passengers search by route — not just by service type.

The brief was ambitious: rebuild the website, then develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that would establish Instajet's presence in the U.S market, attract their ideal client base and position them as a credible, trustworthy alternative in an industry where trust is everything.

We started where every good project starts — with the website. After a full rebuild that properly communicated Instajet's platform, pricing model and unique approach, we began supporting them across every aspect of their digital presence.

The SEO strategy was built specifically for the U.S market. We researched the specific search terms American private jet customers were using — route-based searches, charter queries, price comparison terms — and built a content architecture around them. This included creating dedicated location-specific pages for individual private jet charter routes, giving Instajet visibility for the high-intent searches that prospective passengers actually make when planning a flight.

Beyond SEO, we became Instajet's entire marketing team — supporting their Instagram presence, email marketing and broader digital strategy.
